This sticker was created from my original wood artwork of Te Fiti, inspired by a Wish Kid here in Wichita. After spending the first 6 months of his life and many visits after in the hospital, turning Moana on would put a smile on his face no matter what battles he was facing, even smiling through a ventilator.

Together he and I created this piece together. I made the custom wooden artwork with my scroll saw, hand-carving the details of Te-Fiti's floral crown and locks, and he put the final touches by painting the flowers in her crown.

The original artwork was auctioned off at a Make-A-Wish fundraiser, and one lucky person was able to take that piece home while helping fund a future wish. Now, that piece has been made into a sticker so her impact can continue.
