  • I have an idea but I haven't seen you make it before, can you do customs?
    The heart and soul of the business is bringing your ideas to life. We ADORE customs! We'll work together through the design process to make your sign exactly what you are looking for.
  • How to I request a custom sign?
    Fill out the form on the Custom Form Inquiry page to get started! The questions on that form give me an idea of where to start. Once I review the form, I'll reach out to you via email to get more details and finalize your design! If you wish to move forward, we'll set up a $50 payment so I can start the design process. This will go towards your final payment. You will be able to make any changes to the design until you are completely happy.
  • How do I hang the sign?
    A hanger will be already mounted on the back of your sign, with instructions on how to get it on your wall. Your sign can weigh anywhere from 3-11 lbs, so you will receive hardware that can accomodate.
  • How long until I receive my sign?
    Turnaround time is currently 4-6 weeks from the finalization of your design. If you have a deadline in mind, please let us know and we will work to accommodate.
  • Why do you ask for my budget?
    I know it's a sticky conversation, but the reason is only to help you! Each sign is unique but certain elements have fixed prices. Knowing your budget means we can offer higher quality material or special touches, or work on a simpler design to accomodate.
  • Is the cost of shipping in the price?
    Shipping is an additional cost and will be calculated towards the end of the sign making process, once the weight of the sign is determined. You'll be notified of the price so that payment can be made closer to the shipping date. Shipping is typically $30-$50 but depends on the size of the sign and your location.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship within the United States at this time.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Because of the handmade and custom nature of the sign, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issue with the sign once you receive it, due to shipping or otherwise, please contact us so we can make it right.
  • What do I do if my items is damaged in transit?
    Please let us know immediately if something has happened to your order during shipping. Since these are one of a kind pieces, we want to absolutely make it right.
